1. a. save a Build, when we collect the names you enter, your email address and your Build;
2. b. book a call, when we collect the names you enter, your email address, your telephone number, any message you add, the time you select and your Build;
3. c. contact us by email, telephone or any other means.

9. To the extent that you access the Website, we will collect your Data automatically, for example:

1. a. we record the steps you take while using the Website, such as which options you open, choose or change, how long you spend on each step, whether you reach the price of your Build, and whether you save a Build or book a call. This is linked to a random identifier stored in your browser and not to your name;
2. b. we record how you move through the Website, including mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and may replay these recordings to find and fix problems with the Website. Anything you type into a form field is masked before it is recorded and never appears in a recording;
3. c. our hosting provider records requests made to the Website, including your IP address, for security and to keep the Website running. We use IP addresses to limit misuse of the Website's forms and do not link them to your name or contact details.

10. If you save a Build or book a call, the random identifier described in clause 9(a) is also stored against your contact record, so that we can understand how people who contact us used the Website.

11. You can turn off the collection described in clauses 9(a) and 9(b) at any time using the "Turn off analytics" button at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. The Website will continue to work normally.

12. When you save a Build, we create a web address that displays it. The address contains your Build choices, encoded as a short code, and the names you entered. It contains no other personal Data. Anyone who has the address can view the Build, so please share it only with people you are happy to see it.

1. a. to email you the link to a Build you have saved and to keep a record of it;
2. b. to create a call you have booked, send you confirmation and reminder messages with links to reschedule or cancel, and provide the video call link;
3. c. to give the member of our team taking your call the context of your Build and any message you added;
4. d. to respond to you when you contact us;
5. e. to understand how the Website is used and to improve it.

14. Where we use your Data for the purposes in clauses 13(a) to 13(d), the legal basis for this processing is taking steps, at your request, to enter into a contract with you, and the performance of that contract if you become a client.

15. Where we use your Data for the purpose in clause 13(e), we do so because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services. If you are not satisfied with this, you have the right to object (see the section headed "Your Rights" below), and you can turn this collection off as described in clause 11.

16. We do not use Data collected on the Website to show you advertising, on this Website or elsewhere, and we do not sell your Data.

1. a. our employees, agents and/or professional advisors, to ensure full service can be provided;

1. a. your contact details, saved Builds and call bookings: for as long as you are a prospective or actual client, and for [two years] after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner;
2. b. usage information and recordings described in clause 9: for [twelve months], after which they are deleted;
3. c. hosting records described in clause 9(c): for the short period set by our hosting provider.

24. Even if we delete your Data, it may persist on backup or archival media for legal, tax or regulatory purposes.

25. You have the following rights in relation to your Data:

1. a. Right to access: the right to request (i) copies of the information we hold about you at any time, or (ii) that we modify, update or delete such information. If we provide you with access to the information we hold about you, we will not charge you for this, unless your request is "manifestly unfounded or excessive." 33. The Fold Events Limited may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of The Fold Events Limited. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business so transferred, be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us.
